Our therapy services are designed specifically for high performers and athletes who face unique mental and emotional challenges. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand! Whether you're struggling with high anxiety, burnout, or a drop in motivation, we provide a space to reset, refocus, and reconnect with your goals. Using evidence-based techniques, we help you build mental resilience, manage stress, and optimize your performance both on and off the field. Whether you're aiming to improve consistency, recover from setbacks, or maintain your edge in a high-pressure environment, our work together supports your growth—not just as a competitor, but as a whole person.

My Story
This journey started in college when I suffered a major arm injury and heard the infamous words “Tommy John surgery”. I could barely move as it sunk in that I was being let go as a scholarship athlete. I lost my team, my athletic ability, and my identity as an athlete all at once. Back then, I wouldn’t have identified that experience with grief and loss, but today I see it differently.
I became a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) by exploring my personal journey in mental fitness and experiencing several pivotal moments professionally. Those professional experiences that made up my life after collegiate sports included working with youth, being an Academic Counselor, and pursing my master's in MFT as a full-time student. Each transition formulated my courage and strength which has now translated into my work as a therapist.
While that journey has led me to become an MFT, life is more than that. I currently pursue many activities to help balance myself including training for triathlons, playing fantasy football, exploring yoga practices, listening to audiobooks, and of course soaking up the sunshine whether it's on the beach or in the mountains. I have a wonderful community of people which includes family, a partner of 13+ years with whom I have 2 children, and close friends.
